Learner's On Motorways

The government has announced today that learner's are to be allowed on motorway's from June 4th 2018. They will only be allowed on with an approved driving instructor in a suitably liveried car. Learner's will still not be allowed on motorway's in their own car or with an accompanying driver that is not a DVSA approved driving instructor.
